1. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and uninstalled

  • be in the same condition in which it was received

  • be in the original, undamaged packaging

  • include all original tags, seals, accessories, and documentation

  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • order number

  • product name

  • reason for return

  • photos (if applicable)

Items sent back without prior return approval from EVX MOTO SRL will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged product

  • a defective item

  • the wrong item

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please attach clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund or other solution.


4. Non-Returnable Items (Motorcycle Parts & Fluids)

Due to safety, hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Oils, lubricants, brake fluids, coolant, or other liquid products that have been opened or unsealed

  • Installed or used parts

  • Electrical components once installed (ECU, CDI, sensors, regulators, ignition modules, etc.)

  • Special order or VIN-specific OEM parts

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Products that show any signs of installation, wear, or use will not be eligible for refund.


5. Product Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the purchased product is compatible with their motorcycle or vehicle before placing an order.

If you are unsure about compatibility, we strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing.

Incorrectly ordered parts may be returned only if:

  • the product is unused

  • the packaging is original and intact

  • the item has not been installed


6. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons

  • installed or used parts

  • customized or special-order products

  • VIN-based OEM parts ordered specifically for the customer

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • uninstalled

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • processing time may take up to 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

8. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EVX MOTO SRL cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
